  • Room rental for business meetings, parties, or showers are $25.00 an hour. The fee is an hour minimum with billing after that in half hour
    increments.
  • Tables are set up according to the client's needs. Tablecloths are included.
  • Coffee, tea, soft drinks or water can be
    provided at $1.50 per person. Muffins, scones, cookies or other items can be provided if desired. Sandwiches from our tea menu can be provided if desired. Cost will be dependent on menu & number of servings ordered. A
    food or drink order is appreciated but not necessary to rent the room.
  • Clean up is provided.
  • A deposit of 50% of the planned room rental is required to reserve the room. Advance planning will result in a better chance of the room being
    available when desired. Dates & times are dependent on availability. Room availability is not dependent upon the cakeshop's hours. Deposit is not refundable unless rental is canceled 7 days in advance.
    • It's approximately 1000 square feet in size. Seating is available for 40.
